Clinical History

A 48 year old woman presented with a painless lump in the breast. Radical mastectomy was performed.

Pathology

Slice through a female breast showing a large, rounded, poorly demarcated yellowish lesion of approximately 5 x 7 cm and engaging in the nipple which is retracted.
